An Annual General Meeting of members (AGM) is requirement in order to maintain our non-profit status. This meeting typically takes place at CAiNE each year and, since 2017, has been accompanied by electronic voting. This means that all members have the opportunity to vote, even if they cannot attend CAiNE.

The AGM is where motions are typically presented and debated (although much debate also happens in the run-up to the AGM), and officers of the club have an opportunity to present their reports.

More information on the content of the AGM will be added to this page as it becomes available. So stay tuned!
